Residential Coordinator– 40hrs/wk (LM)

Oversee three CP Nassau Residences in Nassau County – Wantagh, Roosevelt, & Farmingdale

Schedule: Monday-Friday; flexible shift hours.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years administrative or supervisory experience providing residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Clean & Valid New York State Driver License
• Master’s Degree in Human Service field or Business Administration preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in multiple sites, including but not limited to financial planning, program development and quality assurance.
• Recommend, supervise and evaluate Residential Managers providing services in the Residential Services Programs.
• Monitor building maintenance in Program Sites; coordinate repairs and maintenance utilizing in-house and contracted services and procure funding for capital improvements and preservation fund projects.
• Conduct staff meetings with the Residential Services staff and attend and conduct meetings as needed on program participant/resident evaluations and progress reports together with further recommendations for programming.
