Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in residential HVAC
- Must enjoy speaking with customers
- Troubleshooting when a HVAC system has an issue
- Ability to complete repairs on a variety of HVAC equipment (Condenser, heat pump, furnace, air handler, package units, ductless, ect.)
- Open to coaching and learning
- Ability to keep accurate and up to date customer information in the iPad
- Ability to pass a MVR, Background, and drug test
- 17 Paid days off a year and medical insurance.
