Residential Maintenance Technician | South King County| $24 - $28/hr Job at Express Employment Professionals
Job Summary: A large property management company is looking to add a Skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to one of their locations in Kent, WA.
Associates in this role will be on assisting with several responsibilities including but not limited to: Completing apartment turns, handling basic service requests, assisting with grounds keeping functions, and other duties as assigned.
This is a long-term, full-time temp-to-hire position where you will be working onsite with a variety of individuals.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm M-F with OT as needed.
Pay: $24 - $28/hr
Job Duties:
- Painting full apartments.
- Repairing/replacing appliances (i.e. garbage disposals, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.)
- Assisting with landscaping, cleaning up common grounds, etc.
- Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the workday.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience
- Lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Must provide your own basic tools
