Brashear Construction & Design is looking for residential remodel, renovation, and home addition project estimator. Must have experience pricing out labor and materials by category for residential construction projects. Must be able to type up full detail paragraphs of what each part of the project entails for homeowners to read and understand. Must know current market prices to provide 10 estimates a week. The appointments will be set Monday through Friday and need estimates turned in by the weekend. We are currently using houzz to do the estimates but will be flexible with a estimating tool you are great at using already if needed. We will set up all the appointments with the details of what the homeowner is wanting to do with all their information. We aim for 2 a day which will give you the rest of the day to type them up from home or our office in Southlake. This is a position you can grow your career into full project management.
