Monte Nido & Affiliates is a national leader in the provision of eating disorder treatment. Our residential and day treatment facilities are currently located in 14 states across the country. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multidisciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home and/or outpatient setting.
We are seeking a Resource Regional Director of Clinical Services to be responsible for the overall delivery of clinical services and fiscal operations management. The Regional Director will report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer. The position will oversee adult and adolescent programs in various locations on an interim basis. The position will collaborate with our multidisciplinary leadership to maintain our high standards of exceptional clinical care.
This position will be based remotely and maintain a heavy travel schedule of +/- 50-75%.

Ensure overall clinical quality of programming with continuous improvement, staffing, and fiscal responsibility.

Directly lead clinical therapists and leaders through mentoring and coaching

Providing safe, affirming and empathetic support across multiple populations
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a behavioral health management role
- Experience with the delivery of treatment in a health care setting across multiple levels of care
- Ability to be work as a leader and have management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards and multi-state regulations
- Minimum Master’s degree in a clinical mental-health discipline
- Mental Health licensure with supervisory privileges strongly preferred (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or Psychologist)
- Must be able travel 50-75%
