The Chateau is looking to hire a Front of House Manager to join their team in Norton. Enjoy a 35-45hr work week, the schedule includes some days, nights and weekends. NO LATE NIGHTS!!!! Daily responsibilities can include but are not limited to: opening & closing duties, running the floor during busy periods, resolving guest conflicts, training staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Candidates should have exceptional leadership skills; previous restaurant experience in a high volume setting is preferred. At least 1+ years of Full-Service Restaurant Supervisory or Manager Experience required. You need to be a natural team leader, be reliable, have strong time management & communication skills, you should be organized and enjoy working with the public. For this position you must have the ability to provide the finest guest experience while leading a motivated and guest-service focused team. Background check to be preformed at time of job offer. To be eligible for this position, a candidate must be a U.S. national or have existing U.S. work authorization.
TIPS Certification and ServSafe Certification are a plus!

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
