Bulgogi Hut provides a fun "Cook it yourself, All you can eat (AYCE)," Korean Barbecue experience. We are located in the heart of Koreatown Los Angeles off of Wilshire blvd. and Kingsley Street. Open since 2014, our extensive menu ensures that we have every dish to satisfy our customer's tastes; while not putting a dent in their wallets.

We are looking for experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team! Must be able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Primary Duties

· Manage the floor during service, including touching tables, running food, overseeing staff, and monitoring the door.

· Manage both FOH and BOH employees, including assisting in training, support, performance management, and discipline.

· See the flow of the entire restaurant to create a cohesive team of excellent customer service in both the front and back of house

· Support sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

· Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.

- Supervise standards for personnel performance and customer service as directed during assigned shifts, communicate accordingly for follow up.

Perform some food preparation or service tasks, such as clearing tables and serving food and drinks when necessary.

Able to accurately perform weekly inventory and ordering from vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years Restaurant Manager Experience

- ServSafe certified

- Bilingual, Spanish preferred but not required

- Must understand Alcohol service laws and standards

- Able to work long days, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
