• Duties & Responsibilities
• Stocking: Work with the manager/other cashier to stock and face products on the right shelves, cooler or storage after delivery arrives. Stock the products on the shelves, inventory the invoices on the computer and trash the empty boxes.
• Open/Close: Either Opening or closing the store is required, as trained.
• Sales: You must have sales experience, comfortable with talking to customers to suggest products and make sales.
• Clean up: Once per day take out empty boxes, vacuum the floors, clean tables/counters, and bathroom. Clean up any occasional breakage.
• Customer Service: Greet and guide customers through the store to find products and make appropriate recommendations. This may require approaching customers on the floor and walking around to find products for them. Fill up growlers from kegerator, promote products, and guide customers through flavor profile.You must be eager to learn or knowledgeable about at least one category of products, either of wine, beer, bourbon, tequila, etc.
• Bar: Our bar has around 120 whiskeys, and 8 taps beer available for pours. The position is for retail and working at the bar, there are no mixing/cocktails involved, just pouring. You should be willing to work the bar. The tips are passed on the employees.
• Promotions/Events: Assist with weekly tasting, classes, etc setup, and offer product tastings (pour wine/spirits/beer) to customers.
• Checkout: Check out customers on the POS systems and add customers to rewards programs. Bag products, and carry to the car if needed. Be able to move quickly during the busy hours.
• Delivery: Accept online orders, prepare orders for delivery, checkout and make delivery if required. Use of a personal vehicle is required, and tips for using a personal vehicle will be provided.

• Qualifications
• Age: Must be 21 Years or older.
• Transportations: Must have reliable transportation, and arrive for shift on time.
• Personality: Must be a high energy individual, engaging, love helping customers, goals oriented and a team player.
• Experience: Previous experience in the wine/spirit/liquor industry is a plus if you are looking to grow with us quickly.
• Must be able to lift cases of wines/spirits on a daily basis.
• Skills: Must be good with computers, must have basic knowledge on how to work around different softwares on the computer. Organisation skill is a must.
• Knowledge: No formal diploma or degree is required but you need to have knowledge and love for either one or two of the product categories, beer, bourbon, tequila, other spirits, or wine. Must be willing to gain knowledge and get certified in one or more product categories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
