Participate in the daily operations of the store, cafe and customer sales. The Team Leader assists with vendor management, ordering, merchandising and inventory. The Team Leader assists with staff management and training, facilities, technology, cash control, and sales & expense reporting. This position's primary focus is customer service for our cafe and retail store.

The Retail Lead works at the direction of the Retail Manager to assist customers and maintain our retail space.

• Oversees intraday customer service and store and restaurant fulfillment.
• Lead store staff including scheduling, payroll records and execution of staff training
• Completes bookkeeping to account for invoices, returns, credits and orders
• Manages store inventory & departments, including ordering inventory and product merchandising
• Maintains facilities on a routine basis including neatness, cleanliness and organization
• Manages day to day POS and cash management
• Manages relationships with vendors
• Assists in post production work for items made in our small batch, handcrafted, food processing facility such as labeling, cleaning, and stocking jars.
• May also be called upon to work shifts in our food processing facility assisting in the production of hot sauce, jam, pickles, relishes, spice blends and fermented foods.
