Kokopelli Dreams is a busy t-shirt, jewelry, and gift shop located in Uptown Sedona since 2004. We have a great selection of items that are constantly turning and changing, always something new to look forward to. This is a tourist destination with people who are traveling from around the U.S., who are happy and enjoying their time in Sedona.

We are looking for a full-time position, Monday through Friday. These are usually 8-hour shifts and a combination of days and nights. An individual who is enthusiastic and enjoys working with people in a busy environment is ideal. Someone who can also multitask and has a good work ethic.

Previous retail experience would be preferred but not necessary.

The sales associate is responsible to open or close the store depending on which shift they have.

Bonus pay is also available to encourage sales and good customer service. The bonus is based on sales and can increase base pay per hour. This bonus is calculated and paid weekly.

Requirements:

• Key Holder, opening and closing the store, preparing and balancing daily bank deposits.
• Greeting customers and providing great customer service. Customers are always a top priority.
• Receiving, checking in freight and putting away freight. Checking for accuracy and damages. The volume of freight can vary with the season.
• Help rearranging store as new items arrive.
• Able to lift minimum of 20 lbs. and okay to move boxes/ inventory to or from a storage location if needed. Able to bend, twist and lift and be on your feet most of the 8 hour shift.
• Stocking merchandise and keeping items full.
• Keeping store clean and tidy. Folding shirts often.
• Knowledge of how to use a POS sales screen. Training on a new system as needed but prior experience may be helpful.
