Revive Hub Warehouse Lead

Pay Range: $17 - $18 per hour

Job Summary:

This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the Revive Hub Shift lead at Hemster. It is not intended to include all duties, responsibilities and qualifications. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Motivate and encourage employees to maintain productivity on floor
• Assist in receiving, shipping and fulfillment for Revive, ensure orders are being processed daily through Shipstation and other shipping partners.
• Facilitate pick ups/ drop-offs as needed with guidance from the Warehouse Manager.
• Communicate with the Warehouse Manager for daily updates based on business needs.
• Float between stations as needed on the floor
• Sort garments on the floor to ensure we are following First In, First Out throughout the production floor.
• Keep a safe work environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure Hemster’s standard for efficiency, accuracy and quality are always met for all stations.

Requirements:

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ensure Hemster’s standard for efficiency, accuracy and quality are always met for all inbound/outbound related activities
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems
• Ability to navigate online portal & basic computer skills.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
• Forklift certified would be preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

While performing this job a Warehouse Lead is regularly required to stand, sit, reach, and kneel. Physical ability to lift and move 50lbs. Specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position is eligible for overtime. Work hours are typically 30-40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday. Weekend availability needed.
