Stock Clerks are responsible for receiving merchandise, unloading and unpacking liquor, beer, wine and bar supplies. Store Clerks will work with all departments to ensure inventory control of all liquor, beer, and bar supplies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Embodies Traditions Spirits Mission, Vision, and Core Values
- Responsible for completing tasks related to stocking, replenishing, cleaning, and maintenance as needed.
- Follows requisition policies set in place for all products
- Stocks shelves or coolers with unpacked items
- Audits bar supplies, performs daily beer counts, and sets par at closing shifts
- Maintains professional relationships with vendors
- Tracks and orders products as needed
- Continuously tracks inventory through electronic files to ensure accuracy
- Rotates all dry storage to ensure product freshness
- Maintains organized commissary and cooler areas; programs and numbers bottles as requested.
- Continuously prepares purchase orders to ensure items are accounted for
- Maintains personal health standards
- Reviews work procedures and operational issues in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and /or safety
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDES EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE):
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, carries and pushes
- Lifts and carries supplies, and cases, weighing up to 50 lbs
- Essential hand/eye coordination
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior restaurant/bar/casino work environment
- Noise level is moderate to high
