Kootenai Health in Northern Idaho is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor in our Family Medicine Clinic to join their team of leaders who make a positive impact each day.

The RN Clinical Supervisor - FM will serve their staff through empowering a culture of clinical excellence, advocacy, and development. The ideal candidate will have a leadership background and will be passionate about growing and supporting their team.

RN Clinical Supervisor - FM is a salaried position. Typically hours are from 8:00a-4:00p.

Would plan to flex around clinic / business need.

Weekdays, no nights, weekends or holidays!

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a clinical resource for team in daily problem solving
• Ensures appropriate patient assessment and treatment
• Responsible for coordination of care and education for patients
• Provides procedural oversight, if applicable
• Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement projects that are identified
• Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations
• Participates in Regulatory Compliance training and activities

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:

• BSN required
• Graduate of a nationally accredited Nursing program
• State of Idaho Registered Nurse or licensure pending as documented by temporary licensure OR current RN licensure from a state participating in the "multistate privilege to practice" compact with Idaho
• 3 years of healthcare experience required
• 3 years of experience as a charge nurse, manager, clinical instructor or supervisor in a setting related to clinical program preferred
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS-C) required
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
