Our Client is currently seeking RN for positions in Sharon, CT. The ideal candidate will possess recent experience in the related field.

Requirements & Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in the related field
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening
• Medical on-boarding (if applicable to your position)
• Covid Vaccine required (May depend on facility requirement)
• Covid Vaccine required (declinations may be accepted depending on the role)
• Quick decision-making skills to provide proper medical care
• Excellent communication skills with patients and Physicians
• Technological aptitude to operate medical equipment
• Ability to establish rapport with patients quickly
• Expertise in various medical procedures, including inserting IVs and taking vitals
• Understanding of when to escalate the situation if medical intervention is necessary
• Ability to handle emotionally difficult situations, such as stillbirths or complications.

Responsibilities:

• Taking vitals for the mom and baby
• Administering medication
• Monitoring contractions
• Identifying complications during labor and delivery
• Communicating the mom’s condition and needs to the Physician
• Coaching the mom during labor and delivery
• Caring for the mom after she gives birth
• Providing emotional support.
