RN Manager/Community Leader

**Starting Pay Rate up to $80,000/year; based on experience**

We are looking for an RN Manager/Community Leader who is:

- Active in the department, assisting and leading the team and other departments in ensuring compassionate, efficient, person-centered care is provided.
- Sets a good example by assisting team members with requests for assistance and demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts the needs, great or small, of the residents first.
- An emotional intelligent leader who demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Open to innovative ideas and suggestions from team members and can provide frequent support and recognition to team.
- Professional and cheerful brings a positive disposition to work.
Requirements for an RN: Registered Nurse Manager:
- Must have a current Ohio RN license in good standing.
- Minimum two (2) years of college; at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly with past managerial experience preferred.
- Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
- Experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
- Ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and community staff appropriately.
- Ability to direct the work of others and to provide the necessary leadership for measurable growth, satisfaction and engagement in performing the work.
