Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97 bed, licensed, acute psychiatric hospital located in beautiful Hopkinsville, KY. Cumberland Hall features individual units for youth, adults and active duty military, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred); will consider Associate Degree in Nursing and diploma graduates with strong background in nursing supervision.

Experience: One year nursing supervisory experience (preferred); Two years of nursing experience in a mental health setting (preferred).

Licenses/Certificates: A Kentucky State Nursing License required. Current BLS for healthcare providers

Candidate must possess strong supervisory and interpersonal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.

The supervisor is responsible for the management of Registered Nurses and Mental Health Technicians within a full spectrum psychiatric care facility. Must be knowledgeable of and abide by HIPAA regulations with regard to protected health information as defined by HIPAA and Cumberland Hall. Uses and/or discloses on a daily basis verbal, written and/or electronic PHI in order to perform job duties, as pertains to (CLIENTS’ FINANCIAL, DEMOGRAPHIC, AND/OR CLINICAL DATA) and/or (EMPLOYEES’ FINANCIAL, DEMOGRAPHIC, AND/OR CLINICAL DATA). This position reports directly to the Nurse Manager.
