ABOUT US:

Royal Health Group is a family-owned business dedicated to providing the highest standards of personal care for our residents in our skilled nursing facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and providers.

• 
  Direct nursing assistants to ensure quality care is always provided.

• 
  Perform routine charting duties and documentation procedures.

• 
  Meet with staff in planning shifts services and programs.

• 
  Administer medications as ordered by the physician.

• 
  Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.

• 
  Complete assessments, care plans, treatments, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge and the ability to assess the effects of medications and treatments and monitor these effects to provide appropriate feedback to the interdisciplinary team and medical managers.

• 
  Knowledge of resident rights and ability to apply this knowledge to protect and treat residents, staff, and the community.

• 
  Must hold a current RN license for the state of Rhode Island.

• 
  Ability to assess and diagnose health care needs of residents.

• 
  Prior long-term care experience preferred, not required.

• 
  Ability to communicate plans to all care providers.

•
