Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with ShoreMaster, a premier manufacturer of boat lifts, docks and other waterfront accessories in Fergus Falls, MN! We are seeking candidates for Robot Operators on day and night shifts. Pay is based on experience, shift and skills. Work night shift and earn up to $3.00 per hour shift differential! Interested? Robot Operator Main Responsibilities:
- Move parts to various areas as required
- Set up and load parts in jig
- Check parts for quality welds and make adjustments as needed
- Use power tools
- Read and follow a blueprint, and properly read and use a tape measure
Robot Operator Key Requirements:
- Work will require multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize work steps for efficiency
- Able to use basic hand and power tools, tape measure, and able to read blueprints
- Detail oriented
- Good number skills
- Experience in manufacturing field preferred, but not required - Willing to train on required skills! #goodjobsnow #findajob
