Musco Sports Lighting is hiring a Sales Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Field Sales Team located throughout the United States. We are seeking a candidate with administrative experience, the ability to build relationships, desire to work collaboratively within a Team environment and a strong commitment to doing their job in a way that contributes to the success of the Team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships internally with Musco departments and externally with customers and contractors
  • Enter and update data in the Musco project management system
  • Collect information and assemble accurate sales documents including Submittals, Purchase Agreements, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Warranty documents, etc.
  • Locate and obtain bid related documents
  • Scan and file documents
  • Monitor electronic conferences and take action as required
  • Assist Field Sales Team in updating the activity calendars and project details
  • Answer phone calls and complete requests as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 year business degree or equivalent office experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet search engines
  • Detailed, organized, and proactive
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of responsibilities
  • Flexible and able to react quickly to changing priorities
  • Self-directed within a team environment

Other Special Requirements:

  • May require some overtime
