Victory International Group has more than 20 years of experience as a direct importer, and direct distributor of high-quality lines of products, we are seeking a Sales and procurement specialist with experience in analyzing sales opportunities and procurement from the global supply chain. We offer an unbeatable sales commission with no cap. The successful candidate will have experience with capturing contracts, Must be adept at quickly understanding customer requirements, and what is required to win, developing compelling value propositions, and preparing strong business cases.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and track business development opportunities in the Public Sector sales segment.
  • Outreach to potential customers to promote company products.
  • Daily monitorin opposedportunities and identification of key matching opportunities.
  • Proactive desk research on pre-RFP opportunities and key needs as they relate to the company’s primary products and solutions.
  • Work with the company’s sales team on tracking and compliance on major sales proposals.
  • Provide project management and tracking of sales targets, progress and sales funnel management.
  • Cohesively work with Sales Department to meet customer requests, price needs, and timelines.
  • Coordinate both US and China teams to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed on time
  • Internet research (both Domestic and International) to find US and international suppliers based on customer needs.
  • Create sales pitch deck and sales catalog
  • Analysis competitors
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills/Competencies

  • Prior experience selling and/supporting the sale of products and services; Public Sector sales/sales support experience preferred.
  • Project Management – Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and on time. The ability to plan and evaluate progress towards goals including meeting all deadlines/due dates.
  • Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with leadership, and sales management.
  • Proactive Problem-solving – Strong problem-solving skills including finding creative solutions and excellent implementation.
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
