Fireworks Gallery is looking for Sales Associate to join our Fireworks Seatac Airport D-Gate team.

Michele Manasse started Fireworks Gallery in 1983. Fireworks has since grown to include seven stores in the greater Seattle/Bellevue area and just recently at San Francisco Airport in California. We feature products from over 300 nationally and internationally acclaimed artisans and studios, gaining notice as a leading gift retailer as well as a leading, woman-owned business in the Puget Sound area.

We are always on the lookout for quality, energetic candidates to help our grow and expand our business and promote the Fireworks motto “Celebrating Art in Life.”

Job Requirements:

· Welcome every customer that enters the gallery.

· Deliver excellent customer service.

· Assess and determine customer needs.

· Master product knowledge (artist’s background, techniques, and materials) and tell the Fireworks Gallery story.

· Communicate selling features, benefits, and values of gallery merchandise.

· Provide solutions to customer needs in a creative way (gift wrapping, shipping, special orders, repairs, etc.).

· Maintain gallery cleanliness and merchandise displays.

· Perform gallery opening and closing duties.

· Partner with the Management team to execute, achieve and exceed the goals of the gallery.

· Accurately execute operational tasks such as ringing sales, receiving stock, shipping merchandise, and maintaining the look of the gallery.

· Engage in Loss Prevention through excellent customer service and gallery awareness.

· Handle difficult situations with poise and respect for all involved.

· Create return business

· Participate in special gallery functions as directed by the management team, such as floor sets, store meetings and physical inventory.

· Any other responsibilities as assigned by management team.

· Work on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

· Retail or customer service experience preferred.

· Detailed oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment

· Ability to multitask and complete projects efficiently.

· Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members

· Ability to work in a team environment.

· Contemporary sense of style and culture.
