JOB DESCRIPTION

As an in-store lead setter, you will promote customer satisfaction by engaging with customers and generating booking HVAC

leads and appointments through Tiger Services.

Because we offer top-of-the-line products and services, we need top-of -the-line lead setters who genuinely care about the customers and look at this opportunity as not a job but as a career. Tiger Services has an amazing training program and will

teach the right candidate how to be successful.

QUALIFICATIONS

A sales-driven, goal oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.

Ability to walk the floor during working hours to increase custom interactions.

Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.

Strong desire to be better at your job tomorrow than you are today.

Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal driven environment.

Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.

1-3 years of professional sales experience (can include inside/outside sales, sales development, sales management,

insurance sales, prospecting development, or independent sales)

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous plumbing or HVAC experience (preferred)

Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Some college courses in sales, marketing, or business administration (preferred)

SALARY $15 to $18 per hour with bonuses
