Miracle-Ear, part of Amplifon Americas, a world leader in hearing care, has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent for a Sales Incentive Manager role. We are looking for an individual who is forward thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.

In this role, you will enable responsible for sales compensation governance, which will include analysis, recommendations for process improvement, management of the tools and working cross-functionally to ensure a efficiency and effectiveness with our systems and processes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Sales compensation governance, data acquisition, deployment, reporting
  • Management and planning of the Sales Compensation activities with the system provider
  • Analysis on Sales Performance bonuses to support the definition of commercial actions to be adopted for each quarter
  • Design and implement process improvements based on deep analysis of throughput, quality and resources usage across the operation team
  • Involvement within company projects with an impact on the Sales Compensation and guidance in system implementation
  • Management of tools that support the effective enablement of the sales compensation program. These include reporting dashboards, and ad hoc data analysis and issue resolution
  • Collaborate cross functionally with others department: Offering, Legal, HR Business Partner, IT and Finance to streamline efficiency and effectiveness of system and process
  • Management of the communication on the Sales Compensation and direct support to the field
  • Contribute to defining and documenting Sales Incentives policies and program documentation
  • Lead and support the training on the Sales incentives policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, statistics, or another relevant field
  • 2+ of experience working in a sales compensation or sales operations
  • Experience with a multinational or global organization preferred
