The job:

The Store Manager is the driving force behind our business. This exciting position will challenge your sales abilities and give you the opportunity to gain substantial financial rewards along with mentoring others to achieve the same. We are hiring talented individuals committed to their own success and the success of their team.

· Lead and manage the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets.

· Coaches, trains, and develops Producers. Hold Producers accountable for executing set plan of actions.

· Increase new business by initiating contact with prospects through local store marketing efforts, community involvement, calling customer leads, quote calls, referrals and walk-ins to build interest, match needs with products and services, and close the sale to meet the agreed upon production goals. Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently.

· Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production goals.

· Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.

· Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs.
