As a Sales Manager, you will be tasked with recruiting and managing a team of Sales Representatives who are capable of selling our services and products to new clients. In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing areas to imrpove, strategizing about on how to meet set goals, and evaluating client feedback to ensure an optimal customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic sales team, and successful candidates will be able to live and breathe the sales life.
Responsibilities:
- Help set and meet daily, weekly, and monthly with your team
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Improve customer service
- Analyze metrics daily
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems
- Implement strategies to drive growth and increase sales
- Create sales strategies
- Interviewing/hiring and training new sales team members
Rate: $16 an hour plus monthly performance bonuses based on criteria Owner and Manager give you monthly. Pay days are the 5th of the month and the 20thof the month. Bonuses to be paid every 5th of the month.
Must work 30-40 hours a week based on clinic’s needs.
Offering $1,000 bonus if 3,000 active members can be achieved by May 1st, 2024.
