A national leader in fitness is currently expanding the team and seeking a qualified Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and membership and service excellence for our StretchLab studio, a boutique fitness studio. POSITION: Sales Manager

Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate sales drivers (weekly street teaming and table setups, B2B outreach, strategic partnership networking, in-studio and out-of-studio events)
- Responsible for executing and overseeing the entire sales process and systems
- Manage and delegate a marketing, events, and promotion calendar
- Communicate studio goals, see them through with all staff, tweak, and repeat
- Manage, monitor, coach-develop, and evaluate the performance of all staff
- Deliver monthly reports to ownership/management
- Run monthly business meetings with all staff
- Plan regular get togethers for staff and members
- Recruit, hire, train, and scheduling of all staff
- Maximize capacity utilization via scheduling optimization and promotion
- Develop a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation
- Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
- Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and future growth
- Ensure company branding through consistency and continuity in all actions
- Responsible for managing disciplinary actions involving all employees
Operational Duties:
- Face of studio and main point of contact
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound (stereo, equipment, towels, HVAC, misc. maintenance, supplies, ordering)
- Ensures that all front desk systems are followed (member check-in, content rich client accounts, telephone/email inquiries, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests, document scanning, etc.
- Responsible for tracking metrics and payroll
- Responsible for 30-60-90 and annual staff performance reviews
- Enforce corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
- This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and customers are required to wear a mask. We clean the studio on a daily basis and surfaces after each client.
