What You’ll Do:

• Uphold the Soleil Core Values and Behaviors, Qnity Principals and Aveda Success Factors
• Provide ongoing recognition, support, and motivation for Guest Care team members and rest of the team
• Serve as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and positivity while adhering to company policy and procedures
• Help maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivation
• Manage day-to-day operations of Soleil
• Interview, hire, and train the Guest Care team in procedure, policy, and salon's flow
• Schedule team to ensure adequate coverage for the salon needs
• Resolve customer complaints and challenges and provide solutions for team disputes
• Assist in guest care initiatives around developing coaching materials to drive sales
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Minimum of 3 years continuous retail or customer service experience in a salon or spa required; experience in supervising and training staff highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $35,848.80 - $42,785.65 per year
