Qualifications:

• Ability to work non-traditional work weeks, hours and shifts required i.e

• High School Diploma for basic education

• **Years and Type of Related Experience Required:*

• Previous experience in cleaning and sanitizing using chemicals and cleaning equipment

• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work with others within the sanitation department

• Hazardous chemicals, steam cleaner, sweeper, fire hose, harness & hoist, vacuums, air hose, vacuum, golf cart, sweeper/scrubber units, forklift

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of facility including offices, Main Office Building, various departments, restrooms, break areas, grounds areas and other areas as assigned by Sanitation TL.
• Requires operation of machinery, sweepers, scrubbers etc.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and proper safety procedures while performing all duties.
• Adhere to all procedures and practices associated with Food Safety, Food Security and Food Quality All positions at Blue Diamond Growers operate following the same 5 objectives; First safety, quality, service, performance and people.
• Ability to work non-traditional work weeks, hours and shifts required, must be open to work weekends!
• Follows established schedules and standard operating procedures for cleaning and/or sanitizing of assigned areas such as restrooms, offices, break areas, warehouse/production floors and production equipment using the proper chemicals, equipment and various cleaning tools such as but is not limited to vacuums, brooms, mops, steam cleaners, air hose, rakes, sweeper, floor scrubber, etc. to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Required to follow, maintain and improve standard work practices.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by Supervisor.
