About the role

Our Fort Worth plant creates soups and sauce variations for Kerry customers and brands. We are a work hard, play hard kind of team. If you are looking to build a career in manufacturing with a team you can have some fun with, we might be the team for you.

Key responsibilities

We are looking for sanitation team members for our Fort Worth, Texas plant. Production members perform a variety of task in a food manufacturing environment.

• Adhere to safety, quality and good manufacturing practices.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift unassisted.
• Perform varied line duties such as filling and weighing bulk product containers, assembling boxes, etc..
• Able to perform cleaning duties such as wash down, throw away trash, and end of shift-cleaning
• Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, climb stairs, push and pull up to 50lbs and reach above shoulder level.
• Able to comprehend directions and instructions.
• Verify item numbers and lot numbers against specifications listed in provided paperwork.
• Operate machinery within classification.
• Verify that correct packaging items are being used when necessary.
• Effectively communicate any issues with Supervisor and fellow employees.

Qualifications and skills

• Must be able to tolerate the above-listed physical and environmental demands of this position with or without accommodations.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be flexible to work 3:00pm-finish ( end shift times may vary per day) shifts can be 7 days a week and up to 10 hour per day, overtime may be required and you will be expected to work
