SAP Logistics Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity at ZWILLING, based in Pleasantville, New York, for an SAP Logistics Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS

• Several years of professional experience in the field of warehousing and logistics including master data
• Experience in the areas of warehousing, packing, shipping, and consumer goods
• A minimum of 2 years of operational experience in SAP WM module
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Experienced with communicating independently with internal and external partners and service providers
• Demonstrates a technical interest and an analytical mindset
• Is flexible to work evenings and weekends during peak periods
• Experienced in working well in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Spanish is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:

• Independent coordination and creation of Transfer Orders according to the specifications of the group management / control station to ensure KPIs and SLAs can be met
• Assignment of Transfer Orders to designated resources with the highest possible efficiency under proper use of the technical infrastructure as well as the interfaces of the warehouse management systems (scanner, pick-by-light system, PC dialogs)
• Independent coordination of a logistic sub-area
• Work at computer workstation, use of SAP, subsystems, and office applications
• Work in a matrix global environment to optimize sub-processes within the framework of the global SAP ZWILLING standards
