Job Description:
This position is responsible for the evaluation of different recombinant candidate therapeutics in mammalian (CHO) expression systems.
The successful applicant will have experience in transient transfection techniques to produce recombinant proteins, as well as experience in general molecular biology techniques (ex. PCR, gateway cloning, gibson assembly). A working knowledge of mammalian cell line genetic engineering is also preferred. Attention to detail, as well as working in a team environment are critical to the position.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour

- Andover, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Molecular Cellular Biology: 4 years (Preferred)
- Mammalian cell lines engineering: 4 years (Preferred)
- PCR/Gateway cloning/Gibson Assembly: 4 years (Preferred)
- Transient Transfection Techniques: 4 years (Preferred)
