Work Requirements:

Work begins in Mid-May and continues until End of September. Applicants must be over 21 years of age and must have a smart phone to see our reservation calendar. Previous experience with boats is recommended but not required. If you include a cover letter along with your application, your application will get priority. Must answer all application questions for your application to be reviewed.

Job Description:

The job consists of reviewing condition of boats and jet skis, fueling, cleaning rental boats and jet skis when they return after each rental and providing instruction to customers on how to use the boat and jet skis. You will be greeting customers and checking the boats for any damage after each return to ensure the boats are in same condition prior to each rental. Eaton’s Beach Aquatic Sports is a relaxed workplace. There is some downtime in between rentals when all the boats are on the water.

Schedule requirements:

Expect to work up to 5 days/week, weekends are busy. Workdays can begin at 10 am and sometimes end at 7pm, however we try to split schedules for 8hrs if you want shorter shifts.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

• We will need your help during the Holidays such as 4th of July and weekend, as well as Memorial Day and Labor Day. Are you able to commit to these holiday weekends?
• The busiest time of our season is end of June through July and August. You can expect to work every weekend and full-time hours during the week. Are you able to able to commit tot his? Early June is usually less than 40 hours/week.
• Do you have any experience operating pontoon boats? If so, what is your range of skill regarding boat knowledge. This is not a requirement but will prioritize your interview process.
• Are you able to lift 50 to 70 pounds? This is for lifting 14-gallon oversized gas cans, which is required to apply.
• Are you able to work until September 4th Labor Day Weekend or later? This is not a requirement, but we do offer a bonus for those that work through Labor Day Weekend.
