Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Current Pennsylvania State Nursing License in good standing
- Current BLS CPR Certification
- Ability to pass State & Federal Background Checks/Clearances
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
