Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Current Pennsylvania State Nursing License in good standing
  • Current BLS CPR Certification
  • Ability to pass State & Federal Background Checks/Clearances
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
