Aegis Protective Services has immediate opening for PART-TIME & FULL-TIME shifts for Security Officers at our client locations in Wilmington, Ohio! We are hiring Security Officers, who are ESSENTIAL WORKERS in an exciting and dynamic career field! Basic Responsibilities Include (may or may not include every duty – many duties are client/contract specific):

• Maintain a professional and positive image that includes greeting customers, visitors, and employees in a polite and friendly manner.
• Oversee access control continually as outlined in the post orders. May involve camera monitoring & other equipment use.
• Control of entrances and movement of pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
• Establish working relationships with everyone frequenting the building/property.
• Will be required to complete all documentation related to job assignment.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED) – must be at least 18 years of age
• Proven customer service experience
• Prior security experiences welcomed
• Any offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a background investigation & must meet state licensing requirements

• Outgoing personality with ability to communicate with anyone
• Strong customer service skills
• Results-oriented focus, handling multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work with others within a team
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Able to complete tasks in a timely manner

Schedule: PART-TIME & FULL-TIME

Work Location: Multiple Locations throughout the Wilmington area.

Pay: Compensation will vary based on the client contract signed.
