Looking for outgoing, positive, reliable, and self-motivated Manager for a busy self-storage facility located in Peoria, AZ
Responsibilities:
Leasing self-storage units
Walk in and phone reservations
Sales and promotion of packing supplies
Handling all customer inquiries, either on the phone or in person
Answering phones and email correspondence
Effective use of computer system
Perform daily collection calls
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the property
Maintain and clean office and restroom daily
Cash management procedures/daily deposits
Open and close the property following proper procedures
Light maintenance duties
Qualifications:
+1-year Customer service experience
General office and telephone skills
Intermediate computer skills
Accurate filing and data entry
Superior writing and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask
Available for fill in work including weekends
Ability to work unsupervised
Business casual dress with professional work ethic
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Work 20-30 hours per week
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
