CSL Staffing is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to support their client who is an advanced IT solutions provider for global industries, institutions, businesses, and individuals. The client is responsible for designing and implementing advanced digital solutions specializing in software engineering, application modernization, and data services. The Senior Business Development Executive would work with regional prospects and visit customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, engagement implementation, and ongoing relationship.

Pay Rate: $36-43 per hour

Responsibilities:
· Work with regional prospects and visit customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, engagement implementation, and ongoing relationship, and would be supported by both the San Diego based offices in the US and the global delivery centre at Bangalore, India.
· Manages accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborates with team members in business development, consulting and support to uncover all customer needs
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Leadership, and build a robust sales team in the US over 6-12 months to cover other regions across the US.
· Strong understanding of corporate vendor selection processes and experience with vendor qualification & participation, including RFI and RFP and response management, with support from an onsite/ or offshore Sales & Marketing Team
· Ability to drive tactical sales cycles that are short (< 3 months) and maintain strong sales management focus during strategic sales cycles that are typically 3-6 months in duration.
· Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business.
· The candidate will be expected to bring in revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CXO level executives from his/her industry network (initial prospects from self/ targeted firms) and lead the sales cycle from prospect communication through contract execution with support from the onsite/offshore pre-sales & technology teams.
Requirements:
· At least 3-5 years of experience in selling IT services within the region, preferably working in the leading IT services or a mid-market IT services firm preferably with prior experience of working with offshore teams from India.
· The candidate must have a proven track record when it comes to achieving numbers.
· Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to offshore services, consulting, staffing & contracting for IT services – and potential engagements with Customers’ global capability centres (GCC’s).
· Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives at the Customer organizations.
