Looking for 5 experienced and compassionate Home Care Caregiver (or Leads) to join our team! This is for 24/7 in NE Portage.

As a Home Care Caregiver Lead, you will lead a team of dedicated caregivers and work directly with clients to provide top-quality home care services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the care plan of each client, providing guidance and training to caregivers, managing schedules and assignments, and ensuring that all care is provided with the utmost compassion and professionalism.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, and who has a strong track record of leading and managing teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a home care caregiver, as well as experience in a leadership role.

• At least 2 years of experience as a home care caregiver

• Ability to manage schedules and assignments effectively

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age with verifiable experience.
• If interested in being a Lead, you must be available or on call rotation.
• Caregivers don't have to be on call.
• Interest in the commitment to serve and improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental, physical, mental disabilities or people who are looking for companionship time.
• Be kind, compassionate, dependable, punctual, and caring.
• Be of good moral character and are passionate about helping others.
• Have a clean dependable vehicle, current driver’s license, and maintained throughout employment.
• Must be able to pass a background check
