What You Need for this Position
- Acquire new projects to meet company income goals
- Attend pre-construction meetings to represent Modus Builders
- Review plans for constructability, and submit clarification requests and additional scope or specification details
- Conduct bid reviews with the owner and project management team to confirm operational costs and profitability of bids
- Develop and maintain cost data essential to maintaining the accuracy of bids
- Prepare estimates for submission
- Prepare and coordinate subcontracts and material purchases for project buyout
- Handover awarded projects to permitting and operations team
What's In It for You
Competitive annual pay range of $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience
- Project base bonus pay: Can expect to make around 200k
