What will you do?
Reporting to the Senior Finance IT Manager, this role is responsible to perform and manage the FP&A processes (Actual Reporting, Budgeting, IT Forecasting, and Long-range finance plan) for the IT global function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a matrix organization to collaborate with other cross-functional teams (i.e. Finance, HR, etc.), coordinate with key stakeholders to build a long-range plan, Budgets, and Forecasts for the global functions
- Manage and track the Global Functional budgets in partnership with the functional leaders, regions, and Planning & Strategy team
- Partner with external analytics team to integrate external benchmarking data into the Global Function planning process, keeping Global function expenses at a competitive level
- Analyze financial and operational results in partnership with the Business Intelligence & Analytics team to better understand the global function’s performance
- Provide key decision-making support and evaluate OPEX, and CAPEX for global functions leadership
- Drive continuous improvement of existing processes through improved analytics and partnership with the functions/regions
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirement:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preference in Finance/accounting
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in FP&A and financial analysis
- A minimum of 4 years of overall work experience
- Strong understanding of FP&A, Data Modelling, Forecasting and Budgeting, and ability to provide insight and guidance on FP&A processes
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential
- The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Understanding of major trends and dynamics in the Consumer Health industry
- Demonstrated ability to partner with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, drive action, resolve conflict, and influence decisions.
- Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple business objectives with the proper sense of urgency, and balance workload is required
Desired:
- Prior experience in FP&A/ Business Unit Finance
- Prior experience in the Consumer industry
- Hands-on experience in any data visualization or business intelligence tools
- Exposure to financial planning & reporting and project management tools
- MBA, CMA, CFM and/or CPA
- Working knowledge of GAAP accounting
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
