What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of public accounting or relevant industry experience (SEC reporting)
- BS in Accounting or Business Admin
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparation of external financial reporting, including 10Q's, 10K's and 8K's, other financial reporting as required
- Prepare and review supporting schedules and documentation for filings
- Ensure compliance with all U.S. GAAP and disclosure requirements
- Lead all research and remain current with new technical accounting standards, especially those that impact financial reporting
- Working on disclosure checklists
- Working on share based compensation and equity work quarterly.
- Assist with consolidating financial results of subsidiaries for external reporting
