Job Title: Senior GRC Analyst

Work Location

· Washington, DC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field

· 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

· Expertise in the Cyber Security Assessment and Management (CSAM) tool

· Subject matter expert in NIST SP 800-53, 800-53A, FIPS199, and other related NIST and OMB guidance

· Excellent knowledge of the GRC environment, including administration, reporting, workflows, dashboards, notifications, related applications, and integrations

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO, PCI) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the GRC environment, including the implementation and maintenance of the CSAM tool

· Serve as the subject matter expert for the CSAM tool, providing training and support to other staff members as needed

· Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-53, 800-53A, FIPS199, and other related NIST and OMB guidance

· Develop and implement policies and procedures related to GRC activities

· Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of vulnerability

· Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

· Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory requirements

· Develop and implement GRC metrics and reporting

· Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
