The ideal candidate has experience in all functions of human resources and is able to handle workers compensation claims, unemployment, support payroll, assist with recruiting and handle employee relations issues.
We require a BS/BA degree, healthcare experience is preferred, SHRM certification is preferred and some hands-on experience with a variety of HR systems. This individual should be a great problem solver, empathetic, an effective communicator, and have the ability to take initiative.
