The Lockheed Martin Space Stennis facility has an immediate need for a Senior Production Technician.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

The Lockheed Martin Space Stennis facility has an immediate need for a Senior Production Technician.
This position will require the ability to:
- Read and interpret detailed assembly and installation drawings.
- Ability to work with materials which may be light, delicate, and easily damaged.
- Operate a sewing machine.
- Work from diagrams, drawings, written and oral instructions, templates and patterns to measure and cut insulation materials to size and to fabricate/assemble thermal multi layer insulation blankets.
- Work with resistance measurements, using ohmmeters or similar equipment as these measurements will be used as part of the build process and work will be performed in a class 8 clean room.
Basic Qualifications :
- Ability to work from diagrams, drawings, templates and follow written work instructions.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as work independently.
- Must be highly motivated and quick learner
- Must have basic Assembly Aptitude.
- Experience working from engineering drawings, blueprints/instructions.
- Experience sewing
