Position Summary
Working under the guidance and support of Project Services, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company portfolio of fully integrated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction project schedules.
Who we want… (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree in applicable discipline and seven (15) years of scheduling experience on large scale construction projects.
- Must be a US Citizen or be able to work and remain in the US without sponsorship.
- Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
- Professional certification: PMI-SP
- Advanced understanding of the construction life cycle required.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint).
- Advanced skills in Primavera P6 scheduling software or equivalent.
- Ability to build concise and factual reports required.
- Ability to interpret highly technical construction drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work in both a highly technical and team-based environment having high visibility and time constraints.
- Skilled in working with and communicating effectively orally and in writing with other project functional groups.
- Skilled in Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Willingness to travel; job site-specific and internationally

What to Expect… (Essential Functions)
The successful candidate must have experience in successfully managing a portfolio of EPC project schedules. The work requires the successful candidate to be flexible and possess good writing, communication, and organization skills. Specific position responsibilities are:
- Provide schedule portfolio management and oversight for project proposals and awarded contracts, ensuring vertical and horizontal schedule integration and traceability of up to 50 construction projects.
- Apply knowledge of industry best practices, company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure plans and schedules meet project requirements.
- Monitors and reports critical path method (CPM) and project schedule performance.
- Update and provide maintenance across the program while monitoring the development and maintenance of the critical path, network logic, and schedule forecasting.
- Work in parallel with the project cost specialist to ensure the cost and schedule are integrated where applicable.
- Perform scheduling process root cause analysis, earned value analysis, and defining and implementing corrective action.
- Recommends alternatives for schedule improvement to the project team for discussion and/or decision.
- Responsible for leading, when requested, the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including the evaluation of additional resources/costs required to affect such plans.
- Conducts assessments of scope change impacts.
- Leadership oversight of +10 team members and external consultants.
Job Dimensions
- Reports to and receives operational direction from Project Services.
- May provide training and guidance to other Project Services personnel as required.
- Maintains working relationships with Operations Personnel.
