What You'll Do

• General ServiceNow platform experience
• Familiarity with the request, incident, change, etc., and adherence to associated processes
• Ability to keep track of multiple assignments, and priorities, and report on progress.
• You’ll be at the forefront of IT Operations transformation, delivering cost savings, productivity gains, and user experience improvements.
• General ServiceNow development expertise (request form development, platform customization, scripting, etc.)
• You will be responsible for the development of a service management framework, workflows, integrations, and tools capabilities.
• Ability to analyze data to determine trends and summarize findings for management

What You Know

• Strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB development.
• Understanding of discovery concepts.
• Experience setting up discovery and in discovery problem resolution
• Hands-on experience in Application Mappings(BSM)
• Experience in Integration development experience (transform maps, preferably use of IRE – identification and reconciliation engine)
• Strong experience in Rest API Integrations, Integration Hub experience, and Flow designer experience
• Non-ServiceNow development expertise
• Experience with traditional development language, specifically JAVA (my preference for external tools and automation)
• Process and procedure development with minimal direction, design a process, and document the procedure for performing key tasks/activities.
• Proficiency in application development: eliciting business requirements, analysis, documenting, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Other tools and experience
• Excel proficiency (strongly preferred)
• Project management (strongly preferred).

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Compensation Band
