We are seeking a Senior Manager to drive recruitment strategy for our new Richmond manufacturing facility as well as play a key role in the Talent Operations AMS team!
Core Responsibilities

Develop and deploy the Talent Acquisition strategy and roadmap for the Richmond factory site including during the start-up and long-term phases.

Be a creative problem solver with a growth mindset to operational and recruitment challenges, with a focus on high impact outcomes for people and the business.

Launch and assess KPI’s for Recruiting and Experience performance, including but not limited to Time to Hire, activation and close data, D&I traction. Identify trends, patterns and conduct the gap analysis to set improvement actions.

Foster and build a high-engagement culture and environment, while contributing to our people and culture agenda.

Manage budget for all recruitment activities - including forecast and actuals for the hiring of 1700+ production workers.

Focus on building talent pipelines with diverse perspectives and experiences and providing an exceptional hiring experience for all candidates. Build-out innovative and efficient processes as we scale, implement effective sourcing strategies.

Build, advocate for, and foster diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the adoption of equitable and inclusive hiring practices across the company.

Manage our signature end-to-end process for both salaried and hourly recruitment, including contact with hiring leaders, screening, selection, offer proposal, candidate follow–up and onboarding.

Work with Global Talent Acquisition team to define and implement relevant Employer Branding initiatives for the new site.

Collaborate with global and/or other regions’ Talent teams to support the broader Talent agenda, e.g. HR system, employer branding, learning & culture, etc.

As the Richmond location is being newly established; this person needs Talent Acquisition experience within manufacturing organizations. This role will lead our recruitment activities for both production and salaried roles. You will embody diversity and inclusion by creating and fostering a recruitment process that is fair, fun and equitable for all.
Do you have what it takes?

Minimum 7 years experience in the strategic development and delivery of recruitment programs in a complex manufacturing environment. Experience with full life-cycle recruitment in a production environment; including sourcing and on-boarding.

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and persuasion skills that influence all employee groups; ability to clearly and concisely frame issues and clarify problems and influence/coach supervision is needed.

Able to establish clear expectations, set objectives to drive key initiatives.

Ability to showcase and share all of our company benefits and ways of working.

Energized by using data and trends to adjust sourcing trends as well as comfortable sharing our recruitment narrative.
