As part of the front of house team at The Whistling Kettle, you are responsible for providing top-notch customer service and excellent food and drinks to all customers. You're essential to making our customers return, time and time again!

- Open 7 days a week - with last seating approximately 6pm
- Support staff (greeter / barista / expo) will involve interacting with customers at the greeter station, counter and retail tea and merchandise areas, guiding guests through the ordering process, assisting servers with tables or helping guests to their seats. Make and present a dazzling array of drinks. Through prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service guests will enjoy their time at the Whistling Kettle with WK's wow service-level.
- Servers will be responsible for greeting guests and guiding the customers through the various phases of service. Server positions must require a minimum of 1-year previous serving experience in a dine-in-restaurant model.
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Able to handle fast paced, multi tasking environment
- Assist with appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Learn the menu and products
- Selling the retail teas and products
- Weekend availability required
