Join Our Team as a Server or Host at Agua 301, located in the heart of Navy Yard!

At Agua 301, we're not your typical Mexican restaurant. Our menu is inspired by the diverse and vibrant flavors of Mexico City and is made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Our team is dedicated to creating an unforgettable dining experience for every guest, and we are looking for dynamic and hospitable Servers & Hosts to help us achieve that goal.

Located in the heart of the bustling and vibrant Navy Yard neighborhood, right on the water and next to Nationals Park, Agua 301 is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. As a Server or Host at Agua 301, you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for guests by providing exceptional customer service in a thriving and fast-paced environment.

We're looking for experienced servers/hosts who are passionate about hospitality and have a deep understanding of hospitality and guest service. No prior experience is required - we will provide training to help you develop your skills and become a valuable member of our team. however, a genuine love for hospitality and a willingness to leave your ego at the door is essential.

Server Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of our food and beverage menus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service

Host Qualifications:

• Ability to provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests
