Who are we looking for?

· Previous experience as a dealership Service Advisor

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· CDK experience, helpful!

· Proven and verifiable track record of success in customer satisfaction.

· General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations.

· Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

· Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills.

· Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record – required.

· Computer proficient.

· Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

· The ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
