We are the largest family owned and operated RV dealer in the Northeast with dealerships throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and New Jersey, with 50+ years serving the community in sales and service. Recipient of Rochester’s Choice Awards Gold Medal Winner. We are looking for a talented, fresh, energetic individual to join our team. The Service Advisor/Writer is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below:
Job Responsibilities
· Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
· Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
· Keep customers up-to-date on the work progress of their unit.
· Manage accounts receivable on your customer list.
Job Skills
· Excellent communication skills.
· Basic computer skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Able to work under pressure.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, and who is detail orientated with speed and accuracy.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
